Welcome to Orbas Services—your gateway to reliable, on‑demand local professionals. This guide walks you through setting up your customer account, verifying your identity, and taking your first tour of the dashboard.

1. Register an Account

Web sign‑up

  1. Open services.orbas.io in any modern browser.

  2. Select Sign Up → I’m a Customer.

  3. Enter your email address, create a strong password, and click Create Account.

Mobile app sign‑up

  1. Install Orbas Services from the App Store or Google Play.

  2. Tap Create Account and follow the on‑screen prompts.

  3. You can speed things up with Google or Facebook login (where available).

Tip: Use an email address you can access immediately—verification is required before you can book.

2. Verify Your Email

  1. Check your inbox for “Welcome to Orbas Services – confirm your email.”

  2. Click the confirmation link or copy the six‑digit code into the verification field.

  3. You’ll be redirected to the next step once your email is confirmed.

Didn’t receive the message? Check Spam/Junk, then click Resend on the verification screen.

3. Complete ID Verification

For everyone’s safety, Orbas operates a quick KYC (Know‑Your‑Customer) check before your first paid booking.

  1. Upload a clear photo of a government‑issued ID (passport, driving licence, or national ID).

  2. Take a live selfie to match your document.

  3. Submit—automated checks usually clear in under two minutes. Manual review may take up to 24 hours.

You can complete this step immediately or later via Account → Verification in your dashboard.

4. Explore Your Dashboard

After verification you’ll land on the Customer Dashboard, where you can:

  • Discover services near your saved address, ranked by rating and availability.

  • View My Bookings—upcoming, past, and cancelled.

  • Check your Wallet for payment history and any pending refunds.

  • Update personal details or security settings in Profile.

  • Chat with support directly from the Help tab.

Spend a few minutes exploring—most features are no more than two clicks away.

5. Quick Troubleshooting

  • Email not arriving: Whitelist @orbas.io and resend the confirmation.

  • ID upload failing: Ensure the image is JPG or PNG, under 10 MB, and taken in good light.

  • Forgot password: Select Forgot Password on the login page and follow the reset link.

  • No providers showing: Add or update your address in Profile → Location.
